About Dr. Bill
Dr. Bill Bailey is a graduate of Life Christian University, with a Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. in Theology. He also has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting, Printmaking and Photography from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has been an ordained minister since 1977. Dr. Bailey has served as pastor of several churches, served as an itinerant Bible teacher back in the 70s and 80s with a radio broadcast called “The Spirit of Faith Broadcast” (now called “The Word of Faith Broadcast”,) and was founder and President of the North Carolina Fellowship of Word Ministries. He is also a Certified Natural Health Professional, and holds a doctorate in Natural Health (Naturopathy.) He was also a charter member (chartered in 1979) of the International Convention of Faith Ministries (ICFM.) Dr. Bill and his family are also ardent supporters, and partners, with Kenneth Copeland Ministries.
Dr. Bailey is a strong believer in reaching people by means of every available form of technology. His secular career in computer systems engineering has provided the means and the methodology to implement many technical methods of teaching the Word of Faith message. Dr. Bailey has over thirty years of computer system management background and experience. Today, he is an advocate for Open Source technologies through his Dr. Bill Bailey.NET web site. Dr. Bill uses the Web to reach people with the message with such sites as his “extreme faith” Web Blog at HyperFaith, as well as the Word of Faith Ministries project called Speak Faith! Dr. Bailey also continues to research and develop methods of reaching out via technology, such as through the “Word of Faith Netcast” (Internet Video) and the “Word of Faith Broadcast” (Internet Radio!) Dr. Bill also has an Internet Protocol TV Netcast (IPTV) called “SpeakFaith.TV.” In his secular career, he is a Computer and System Administrator at High Point Regional Health System, and also helps Non-Profit organizations and ministries as a Webmaster, and is also a CIW Certified Master System Administrator. This is a major certication achievement that involves these intermediate certifications: CIW Web Professional Foundations Associate, CIW Server Administration Professional, CIW Security Professional, and the CIW Internetworking Professional certification. He also is a Certified Citrix Administrator, and a VMware Certified Professional as well as an EC-Council Certified Security Analyst and a CIW Certified Security Analyst.
Dr. Bill also teaches the uncompromising Word of Faith message as Academic Dean of Faith & Victory Christian University and as a minister at Faith & Victory Church in Greensboro, NC. He is also Technical Director of WOFR – Word of Faith Radio, a full time Internet Radio Station. He also travels and ministers the Word as opportunities present themselves. He is extremely proud of his wife, Belinda, and son, Benjamin! They are blessings of the Lord! Benjamin, who is eighteen years old and is on the Dean’s List at High Point University. Ben has his own website, called BenSpin.com and enjoys technology and gaming! Dr. Belinda Bailey is also a graduate of Life Christian University, with a Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D. in Theology. She is an able teacher of the Word of God, and has a special emphasis on the Love of God in her teaching! She is also Administrative Dean and a professor at Faith & Victory Christian University in Greensboro, NC.
